ＰＪ概要
2019年秋より業務委託（検査等）や保守委託（医療機器／ＩＴ／設備保守等）の価格交渉を実施し、表のとおり順調に単価の引き下げが達成され、いよいよ中身の見直しに着手しようという矢先、コロナ禍となってしまいました。
コロナ禍では病棟ラウンドはもちろん、院内関係者との個別面談も慎重にならざるを得なかったため、大胆な業務改善／運用改善の議論を詰めるには至っていませんが、オンラインでもできる小幅な見直しやサプライヤ交渉を通じて些少ですが一定のＬＣＯを達成いたしました。
アフターコロナ／ウィズコロナ時代に向けて、これからもがんばりましょう！
